What was the reason they were dilated? Any issues or risks you have if it lasts longer than normal are likely temporary, but If it lasts too long, you may want to visit something like an urgent care center just to be safe. I've had several hours of iris dilation after drops being applied for normal eye exams before.

Yes give it time, it usually goes back to fully normal after a good 12 hours
