Madonna probably outsold him 2:1... but he got the #1 bc he sold his album with a football jersey which on its own costs 70€... Madonna's most expensive Vinyl was 58€ for the vinyl alone.

What we are seeing on this chart is that the #1 is a t-shirt... and the #2 is an actual music album. It's so insane.

Ya, wanted the #1 in Germany but reeally wanted & needed France! 18 yrs since her last #1!! And only has 8 #1s. A TON of #2 peaks.

Yes, at least Germany came through for Rebel Heart when both the US AND UK did her dirty at the last minute (different albums) but very similar circumstance/outcome.

With alost 26k sales in France... and with Germany being a bigger music industry by like 40% in revenue... what do we think she sold here? 30k?

At the very minimum, she also sold 25k at #2 in Germany. I know the chart is revenue based and that a t-shirt won and ranks at #1 bc it was sold for 70 €.... but Madonna must've really sold well here as well.

Gold is only 75,000 I do believe... she can make it.

The first strike was blocking Say It Rightat #2 for 9 weeks there. But the fact she had #2 and #3 (and #14 year end) singles wise and the best selling album of 2007 there is insane and Folklore being top 5 year end there with 2 cute top 10 hits when it was an underperformance everywhere else
