Hard Candy doesn't deserve that many numbers tbh. The only classics were Give it 2 me and 4 minutes imo.

It's a house, dance and trance record.. so it's different to your usual pop record. if you aren't into those genres then you wont enjoy the album. Many of us are thoroughly enjoying it. Confessions ll is a continuation. It is not meant to be an exact copy of part 1.

126k is incredible. Way more than I predicted which was 105-110k.

The fact US is only doing just over 100k and the UK did 48k?... it's a small country compared to the US. I know the projected is 101k but I estimate 105-110k for the US.

Those artists you've mentioned are all in their 30s/40s. Especially Charli xcx who has a younger fan base. you really can't compare it to a nearly 70 year old woman.

I think Madonna will get #1. I think she may get a tiny bit more than the predicted amount imo. However, I do think it would be way more if there were signed vinyls. I can only imagine a woman of her age and poor hand would have struggled to of signed thousands.

Maybe but I do think It would have been less. Everyone wanted a Hilary signature to fulfil their childhood. The amount of people on twitter and reddit who got refunds or returned their vinyl's because of the autopen allegations. The signed vinyl's never left her website until they were called out for it. Signed push sales to fans or the general public who wouldn't usually buy. Most artist's do it.

Musically and performances no as she plays it safe and her music is like McDonalds for the masses. She deserves the backlash for her personality and the way she behaves. she isn't likeable at all.

I'd hate to be as famous as her. You legit can't enjoy your billions or millions without feeling like you're in a prison or being watched. like what's the point.

Hilary duffs sales were because of it being signed which made nostalgic fans buy it. I'm pretty sure the album would have got a lot less sales without it.

I don't agree. People should be celebrating the longevity of Madonna's length of career and having a #1 album in 80s, 90s, 00's 10's and 20's. That's a superstar. If anything it proves a pop star can survive in the industry at nearly 70 years old! Olivia has been #1 for 3 weeks. She's already hit #1. so.. her generation shouldn't be concerned at all. You make zero sense.

Yes Stupid Love should have NEVER of been the single. idk wtf she was thinking. I personally think the album should've been delayed until end of 2020 or 21.

First of all, Alice should of been the first single with a video. I actually like the chromatica album. 911, Rain On Me, Alice and Replay are all bangers! The rest of the album is just ok. It was released during covid, it messed up all the plans. Her Coachella set got cancelled. I do think they had a LOT of plans and then I think gaga just gave up during the pandemic and the era turned into a mess. People only look down on that era because the roll out was messy and she ultimately gave up promo. She focused on politics going on instead like BLM and Covid.

I give up on the industry if Olivia stays #1
