If they really don't have a full music video shot for this they can surely work with the Danceteria section in the film and add in b-roll footage from that shoot and the album cover shoot/Club Confessions to fill it out.

What's more important is that they service this to radio ASAP and get a radio edit, clean version and remixes on streaming as well as a physical cassette single up for preorder on her site and ship them once it's peaking on radio/streaming. Literally just this exact tape in blue translucent case and a remix as a b-side would be fab:
