what is it, do we need it and where is it?

what does it look like?

Good morning ATRL, its 3:36 on a Friday morning somewhere, I want to have fun with time.

Do we time travel when we post or are we constantly in state of time-travelling as every moment is past, present and future?

Do you wish you have more time?

I do sometimes but, time is what begins us closer to death as cells rely on biological clocks to know when to expire. Is the concept of being immortal therefore the closest thing to being unaffected by time, I wonder?

yeah, on my walk the other day i was legit think about how the "present" doesn't exist; even saying the word present, each syllable is in two different slots of time 💀 does that make sense?

if the present is a single instant with zero duration, how could we ever experience it? by the time we notice it, it's already past.

All the time yes.

Time is affected by speed and gravity. So the 'present" is somehow longer depending upon special and general relativity

time is never time at all

i think about the passage of time when i see my family members grow old and think about the limited time we have left sometimes. Makes me depressed a bit

Should I get high and come back to discuss?

Yes. And then I look up what physics has to say about time and decide that maybe some things in life are better left a mystery!

All I know is that time stopped 10 years ago but I seem to have aged 30 years since then.

It doesn't exist. If you look at Earth from a different galaxy, you'll see the past. Everything exists simultaneously. We're already dead, yet always alive.

I just want to use it wisely, to enjoy my life, do what I want, and that includes meeting my goals (:

My older brother used to hate it bc he was afraid of getting old (he died so problem solved I guess); thanks to him I remember it everytime I listen to Gorillaz' "Andromeda" and how he didn't listen to them past "Demon Days"

No I do not think of time I was on atrl at 2am dismorning trying find a song.

times just totally out the window for me. I got dressed at 2pm day and Ill probably most likely be up till 4am again

Point to one end, which is always present
