Have you ever wondered if any of our faves or their labels accidentally sent the wrong song to be released? I have no proof of this happening, but I wouldn't be surprised if someone made a big mistake one day and everyone pretended it was an intentional release.

Was probably more common back in the day when they had to send the radio stations physical media. Maybe they just got an album mix instead of radio mix, or maybe a demo tape. But there wouldn't be any record of it since the label would realise and just replace it with a final copy

I heard an early demo of #OohLaLa smurfed its way onto the internet today 🙁 The real version will be at radio and iTunes June 16th :)

not sure how but i accidentally released an early version of my album with random unfinished tracks a few years ago... i kinda prefer this song version to the final (all this music is so bad anyway)... but shameless self promo plug
