Sis, at least compare her to her current self.

Alizee had a baby by the end of 2019 and that might have take a bit of her confidence, like the video you posted was from 2021, but she's still performing like her old self now. Obviously she looks different, you can't compare the body of a woman in her 20s to her 40s after a baby.

Every artist is going to naturally decline in performance skill eventually.

The thing that makes you keep the same level is whether or not you can access what makes you a dynamic performer and either translate it in a new way, or frame it so that audiences still are wow-ed. At this point it becomes less about stage talent, per se, and more about the understanding of what goes into a great stage performance.

I think Patti LaBelle is a great example of NOT declining in overall performance even though she cannot sing like she could in 1984 anymore (though still has a bigger voice than most people on the Hot 100, mind you) but is still able to create a performance that leaves the audience wowed. That's a true performing veteran, understanding what an audience needs, understanding what you can do, what makes you special, etc.
