David Johnson (the subject of the bio film "i swear") had an apparent uncontrollable outburst because of his tourettes and called Michael b jordan and Delroy lindo the n word while they were on stage.

An apology has yet to be released. Alan cumming (bafta host) apologized on David's behalf but it felt half assed and not very sincere.

Thoughts? I personally dont excuse racism because you have a disease

Absolutely shameful, he should have not been invited and to say that specific word when they are on stage....ya no...that seems like inherit thoughts already in his head

I feel very bad for the Sinners cast and others in attendance and it's horrible that they had to hear that, but it's also unfair to paint this as a voluntary act.

Those who have coprolalia involuntarily utter words that the mind perceives as taboo. It's typically a very uncomfortable experience for them.

An open and proud racist is actually less likely to involuntarily utter those words as a symptom of their Tourette's because they don't inherently view those words as taboo and illicit.
