Beyonce has some good ones, so I picked from the sweet spot in her career when she would still send fourth singles to radio and accompany with a music video release:

• "Naughty Girl" (with the Usher video feature, and an obscure Lil Kim remix on the single CD that was the first to call her "Queen B" from Queen Bee herself)

• "Halo" (released slightly after dual-single "Diva" - this is arguably her biggest song in the modern streaming environment)

• "Love On Top" (one of the biggest urban hits of the 2010s decade, pregnancy reveal at VMAs, music video paying homage to New Edition)

In Europe this was such a smash

Paparazzi. It sold 7,1M pure sales worldwide and has almost 1B streams on Spotify.

Its video and performance at the VMAs are iconic as well.

E.T. was incredible successful in the US (6M digital downloads) and is Katy's biggest hit domestically per Billboard.

It was local though and I wouldn't say it's an iconic hit.
