I say let people have whatever opinion they want about it. It's not an open-shut case, it's very muddy and debatable, and there are valid reasons to be on either side of it Personally, it always rubbed me the wrong way how people jumped at the chance to monetize his allegations after Surviving R. Kelly blew up, and I also don't see the value in continued lawsuits after he's been dead for 17 years; imo, there's no such thing as consequences or justice against a dead person, whether or not he did it

He was conclusively confirmed by the police raid to have a hoard of nude photographs of children in a safe in his estate. His pr has done a very good job of concealing this fact. He was found not guilty because that was outside the scope of the crime he was being tried for.

The dead person in question continues to make hundreds of millions of dollars and justice is about making things right as much as it it about being punitive. He is the greatest pop star of all time and he was also a horrible person. There's space for both and trying to erase one side of him to push another is ugly behavior. All of this is to say that his estate needs to stop paying to circulate false stories about him to sanitize his image. The victims are still alive and its in horrible taste. Harassing newer artists over sampling is also rotten behavior, he's not here to protest, who cares? The MJ estate are a bunch of greedy spineless losers who do not possess a shred of his talent and deserve to be torn apart at every opportunity.
