Both are successful hauls. Lemonade also missed out on quite a lot of streaming units because of its idiotic release strategy.

I do think it's important to have context. About half of Mayhem's units and well over half its streams come from one song. I don't think it's to Bruno's credit, just that there is a legitimate critique to be made of SEAs (which I often defend) in that one song can provide a huge amount of activity for an album. Mayhem is performing slightly better than Chromatica without the major outlier. Which is still great! Also, I would've included DWAS too. But it's a little misleading about the success of the projects as a whole. Especially when you acknowledge the plain truth that DWAS wasn't intended for Mayhem.

Well lemonade didn't really have hits, it wasn't uploaded on spotify on release and it's not really her best album like some people say.

That being said it's still miles better and more innovative than mayhem. Gaga is not really creative like that
