I feel like both of them are classics in their own way, but "Firework" feels slightly more iconic. Isn't it like a 4th July anthem in America now?

Firework is the better song but statistically, Roar is Katy Perry's biggest song in her entire career.

Roar was bigger at the time but Firework has bigger recurrent stats

Even though every single line in Roar is a cliché, it's still better than Firework just because of the stupid opening line. Firework feels like it was a bigger hit though.
