The song is awful, it sort of got a second wind due the album release and charted for long enough but it will be long forgotten by next year.

It is, in my opinion, sucky. I've never thought it was catchy. On the contrary, it's clunky. The whole album is a letdown. I love The Life of a Showgirl so obviously my bar is low but Man's Best Friend couldn't clear it

Man Child is alright and it went #1 but honestly, I think she should have waited until next year to put out her next album. This whole putting out new albums while you are still touring the previous album almost never works out quality-wise unless you are about to entirely switch gears a la Beyoncé in 2013. I don't think Man's Best Friend is a terrible album but it's kinda "more of the same" and will probably be forgotten in several years time because apart from the scandalized album cover, what is its true distinction?

still a great song, still charting inside the Top50 half a year after its release (which is hard to get with a solo single, not everyone has that), still here to stay in 2026

It's funny cause Manchild will very likely rebound during NYE and in the beginning of next year which will only be sustained till the Grammys. Adding to that, it'll have a full 2026 to gain points, so it is very likely it'll perform much better on the YEC of 2026, which means
