It's a bit too noisy for nothing to happen very soon. Right now, the Mayhem Requiem announcement would feel a bit awkward, since all eyes are turned to Runway and the EP. She may announce Runway, release it, and then announce the EP.

Since Runway will serve as a lead to this project, I'm starting to think it might actually end up having a music video as well, since a lot of money was poured into TDWP2 I guess they could spare some change for the soundtrack as well. The prospect of a GagaxDoechii music video is very exciting, especially for this kind of song. Shape Of A Woman is likely going to be the film section that's going to serve as a visual. Not terribly excited about the Madonna collab either but it will at least generate some headlines and bring attention to the project as a whole.

The ONLY reason these songs won't smash is they are TOO GAY. Fun for a high energy sequence in a comedy movie but straight people won't be singing "You were born for the runway" while driving their cars or doing their housework. You can be sure that there will be the usual part of this fanbase making a big deal out of it if the song doesn't smash blaming whatever and playing the usual dumb OGH game as if Gaga at this point of her career needs further charts validation, especially coming from an amazing era full of achievements in every field.

Regardless of the gay argument, it's also pretty clear since ever that smash soundtrack songs are rare and not granted, no matter the genre, the promo or how big and popular the movie they're attached is.

She's keeping it for Olivia's release weekend. A very typical Lady Gaga thing.

If she releases Runway tomorrow it could go up with the pre-order for the EP... to think we could know the number of tracks, trackless, cover art, features sometime today or tomorrow of a brand new Gaga EP.... surreal.

Assuming the EP isn't complete BS. Either way, should be an exciting couple of days!
