I thought Apple Music said that the toll had been paid and that MAYHEM's final bow was upon us. Instead, it looks like the toll fee went into collections.

Gaga has so much leverage in the industry that we tend to downplay it here. With Michael by her side, they can lobby and influence in the background of all things.

That's why she has so much control over her projects nowadays. That includes the time of release and its duration.

I've streamed Break My Heart Again more than Runway and TDD combined, you could even throw Blade Of Grass in and that fake leak would still come out ahead

The tolls in Texas are no joke. I used to go to Dallas for work regularly and whenever my Uber would go through the toll booths, I was shocked.

And it was for the George W Bush Expressway or some other crap, no less.

This explains Gaga's relatively weaker standing in the US vs. other markets.
