Album is kinda different than I expected so far. I expected more Jealous Type-esque songs but there's quite some variety while still feeling cohesive.

    I want to stay up until 12am to hear this but I work at 8am. I'll probably listen to this the first time Friday morning EST and give my reactions

    I'm waiting to listen…but does it sound like more singles on this album?  Or is Cards and Take Me Dancing the top contenders? 
     

    edit: And Acts of Service maybe depending on how much it changed…some people said it feels more Pop now…?

    Things I'm loving so far... all the little vocal flourishes... how the 80s elements are weaved throughout -- sometimes flirting with the song from the sidelines and other times taking center stage. It's so classically Doja yet so fresh. Literally feels like I'm slinking between the 80s and present time, and it works!

    Omg this gif kinda fits Make it Up perfectly... I can't stop watching it while listening to that song. :laugh:

    I haven't ever really been into Doja but wowwww this album is so interesting and it's GOOD. I'm impressed! 

     

    Gorgeous is THAT song as expected, I'm still in the middle of listening but I've been really happy with the sound so far.

    I'm already kinda blown away with Cards

     

     

    The album is absolutely fantastic. Jealous Type is the obvious lead single choice because it's the most instantly catchy song on the record.

     

    However, I just disliked the two trap songs at the end of the tracklist. They just didn't fit the overall vibe of the album.
