I'm gonna need the girls to re-normalize several pre-album singles now that post-album one don't happen

what's even the point of these month long rollouts when literally all of them just sit at home doing nothing during that time ? i get needing some time to create hype and get presales etc. but if you announce your album months in advance shouldn't you be, idk, doing something with that?  at least make the time between album announcement and release date shorter if you don't plan on doing much with it anyway…

 

the girls these days seem to think that releasing a bunch of vinyl variants counts as album rollout (it does not)
