Where are the visuals? 

I don't think she likes that album at all. During some interviews after she was already shading some songs and kinda sounded like she wasn't 100% comfortable with the material. The release felt more like of an mixtape since it never had physicals, visuals or anything else

 

Apparently she did some videos but just didn't want to release them. Or she wanted to pull a Beyoncé except that no one cared

Probably she just doesn't care about her music a lot, I never think Normani was going to be a MPG or at least in the same level of Camila or even Ava Max.

The album made noise when she released with it doing well on Itunes and Apple music at the time.

Y'all gassed her up too much with the Beyoncé comparisons and she thought she could get away with pulling a Renaissance

OT: It's a shame that she completely let the hype that she had die, I was rooting so much for her around the time Motivation came out. If she wants to give music another try she needs to be fully committed and not half-ass things.

It's probably hard to say "my label doesn't give a **** about the project, but maybe if something goes randomly viral we can get a video" without burning bridges.
