I mean D&D was obviously a commercial flop compared to Heaven & Hell, but it was a really solid album and it lowkey gained a little bit of a cult status with stans. The tour was also succesful for her standards. She could have really expanded on that but she's failed horribly. I feel kind of bad for her. She used to be a really solid pop artist

She still is a really solid pop star but between the underperformance, continuous betrayals and abandonment by the people around i dont blame her for feeling at least defeated

I made a joke in another thread announcing how the management team dropped her about how she needs to sign up for bandcamp and while it was a joke, it was really just a reference at how I think she should be going independent after this. She's been struggling through the industry itself. Her record label downsized her, then dropped one management team, then went to another, then they dropped her. She doesn't have the support network within the industry to be hopping around like this.

 

The music has always been a hit for me. I eat up everything she puts out. But there was a comment earlier in the thread I remember reading about how she hasn't developed much, and I think that is true. Its a shame because I think that is pushed from the label in particular because they view her as an 'at risk' artist, and they want a return on their investments so they push her to do what has proven to be successful in the past... only for it to fumble because internal bullshit with management or the label itself always seems to happen, and the song ends up underperforming commercially - and we all know that has a lot to do with unfortunately the marketing and management and less on her. 

 

The difference is night and day between her original management team during Heaven and Hell and what happened after that.

Her main audience being Europe yet she's trying to sell out 5k/6k venues in the US

A single called "Wet Hot American Dream" is not going to resonate well with Europe, her main audience, especially with whatever is going on in the US

I'm done with the fuckass flop TikToks... I'd rather she just post an acoustic home performance to Lovin Myself rather than this... Or atleast study the art of making interesting TikToks/Collaborate with relevant people on the app... And I'm pretty sure someone is paying off TikTokers to use the sound but it's just not sticking

Lost Your Faith isn't on disc 2. This is a completely resequenced EP and only people on her team can edit that 

She should make a whole album that sounds like D&D (song) that **** is so good
