Why are so many artists doing this now? An announcement followed by 1-2 weeks of either radio silence or crumbs until the single drops. Excited to hear this next week though!

That could be both the single and album cover, I wouldn't be bothered by that. But based on the photographer's other work maybe the cover will be similar but a bit more freaky. At the very least, maybe the booklet in physicals will have more risqué moments.

Pretty high tbh. Her hype is HUGE rn. I'd be shocked if debuted below 40 and wouldn't be too surprised with a top 20.

 

Solar Power (single) had a massive debut day. Just it was a snooze and not what anyone wanted from Lorde so it tanked fast, but if this is even semi commercial (which it sounds very much so) it should do great

What if the album is really called SPIT and SPIT is an acronym for:

I didn't sneak anything, if BRAT was getting praised for it's cover art in 2024 and if the exact same thing was done by Lorde 12 years ago in 2013 (which also matches the minimalism revolution it started) then it deserves it.

 

We do not need another LS reference. She's already done it on "Ribs". Hope there's a different album title.

i agree, but the pre-save link had the question mark on the description & site tabs etc. so i wasn't sure, lemme remove it now and we can add it back if it's there
