following up: the reason why Katy Perry's music is so popular in the rest of the world is because the lyrics are easy to learn, especially for people learning English as a second language AND the melodies are super simple/easy to play. I lived in Southeast Asia growing up and Katy was always being covered, especially by people who didn't speak English super well. So the Kats going on and on about how their fave is so beloved worldwide... it's because the lyrics aren't complex at all and the melody is basic as hell not a flex!

Britney stans need to get over Justin completely eclipsing her career.  She's a coked out loser who had to settle for a literal felon as a boyfriend because no celebrity or even a respectable non-celeb would ever go as low as to date her. There's a reason why even celebs who praise her today praise her from afar.
