Why do all of the announcements keep highlighting the fact that she's wearing archival Mugler as if that's the main focus of her album?

The gaggery is too much for me. I've never been so excited for Miley's new music since forever

It's the main focus for her, she said she wants an album rollout as a fashion show

The Mugler runaway show of 1997 (i think) was the main inspiration for the album and the movie.

lowkey nothing about this era is making noise and i kinda feel like the album's gonna bomb but it looks sonically and visually ambitious and if the music's great nobody should care, i love when an artist has a vision and concept 

 

the production seems very dreamy, epic and grand just like described

Why does she waste such great instrumentals for some spoken word nonesense. She did with Attention and now this. She should have written a proper song to this, this production is insane.
