Don't get the hate for Freedom. It's so fun! Love it 

I've been listening and it's quite an enjoyable album. 

So far I might say it's a solid 8/10 but I feel like it will grow on me. 

 

I'm so happy to see Kesha living her freedom out loud.

I love the album, but I'll never understand why "Freedom" was pieced together using a verse and part of the bridge from two different versions. The edits are obvious; the cuts don't align, the mix feels unpolished, and the audio quality changes noticeably in the spliced sections. It sounds like the song was once fully finished but then got downgraded and mixed with a demo. "Cathedral" also suffers from poor audio quality. "Freedom" had so much potential, but something clearly happened behind the scenes. That said, the album as a whole is stellar.

 

Red Flag feels like a future essential in her discography. Love Forever really grew on me and is now one I revisit often, while The One sounds slightly dated but remains an empowering bop. Glow is harder for me to digest, but I can see it being a fun, replayable track, especially when drunk. There are plenty of standouts. For me, Delusional is the biggest letdown, possibly because we've had it for so long. It feels more like a counterpart to The One than a fresh moment. Too Hard reminds me of her unreleased song Happiness in terms of production. A little more time could have polished the album further, but I genuinely love the chaotic hot mess era as a whole.

In the end, if Kesha is proud of it, that is what matters most. Now we just need a few more tracks, either a part two or a deluxe edition, to round it out.

 

I wish her nothing but success. She truly deserves this moment to shine.

i ran out of reactions to give earlier today, so all i can do rignt now is this:

after sitting with the album some more throughout the day, heres my FINAL arrangement as far as streamable tracks go

for the outtakes id insert Bop It between Joyride and Attention and insert Oh My God between Boy Crazy and Delusional

I think as a whole this is a lot more immediate than Gag Order and i think I'll listen to it more because it's more of a 'fun' listen especially for summer but i think GO is probably a more solid and memorable album from her. I'm glad she gave us a poppy album now tho but i do wish we had some more bonkers bops like joyride, the rest of the album is pretty straightforward and palatable pop
