Eusexua is really good but MAYHEM is otherworldly, like this is a top contender for best album of all time so no other quick lil albums compare to THEE MAYHEM.

Mayhem is a solid album but EUSEXUA is just kinda little too perfect, atleast to me. I hate that the North West feature, the zero promotions post release week and now the tour thing has completely marred what at its core is an incredible record :(

Eusexua. 

 

Mayhem is really front loaded, after ZombieBoy the quality really drops off and the good songs on the front end don't hold well against the absolute bangers on Eusexua, and a lot of people outside of this website agree. Eusexua on the other hand has one sort of dud in childlike things. 

While both pull heavily from the past, Eusexua feels more innovative and fresh. I think one review put it best when they said Mayhem feels inspired rather than inspiring.

OT: I know recency bias will inevitably lead to comparisons with other albums released this year but Eusexia is miles ahead of Mayhem.

So both P4K and KatyPrismSpirit are talking nonsense? Got it. 

Drums of Death is kinda better than anything on Mayhem, but Mayhem overall is stronger. Points deducted for the North West collaboration. 

Eusexua has higher highs and far fewer missteps than Mayhem, so Eusexua.

but both are stellar bodies of work.

Eusexua is a better album overall. Mayhem has higher highs and lower lows. I'll still vote for mayhem but that'll probably change when those "higher highs" mayhem tracks get old for me. 

they're simply not comparable, but i enjoy both a lot

eusexua isn't filled with ava max sounding scraps, so eusexua clears. 

Eusexua is other worldly. Imagine if Gaga and FKA twigs did a collaboration?

Same + Kardashian bootlicker  i'm anti twigs this era 

I mean they're very different artists and very different sonic concepts. I think I prefer Mayhem. I appreciated Eusexua but haven't been revisiting it as much as I'd wish I was.

 

Mayhem may get old fast for me cuz that's how Gaga's recent albums have been but so far I feel like I'll end up replaying this more.

deffo eusexua overall. it only has like 2 skips for me, while mayhem has at least 4
