So yesterday it finally happened to me: Chrome just popped up a message saying my Adblock would be deactivated by them.

 

Ofc I immediately downloaded Firefox with Addblock and then swiftly deleted Chrome.

 

Chrome's message "do you really want to deinstall?" was so cute. 

 

I care way more about my Addblocker than about the choice of browser. Bye uglee.

wait I didn't know about this   good thing I don't get ads on here, lastfm, youtube but I have noticed I ran into a fair few ads recently

Firefox would never betray me like that 

I use adblock browser on my phone and barely use my computer so I'm good. **** them and the ads

No. I love Google Chrome. Its the most aesthetically pleasing browser oat and it works great. Sorry!

This is why I switched to Firefox when they changed the Gulf of Mexico's name. I hope Google flops and breaks up soon

I've always stanned Queen Firefox.

UBlock is the best Adblocker out there. I also had 2 others before and so much stuff would slip past them. Never happened with uBlock

Google really is a flop now. Not only is Chrome useless but their search engine has gotten so much worse with time. I am waiting for a new search engine girl to end them soon.

I got the notification today saying ublock is no longer supported and has been switched off. I just went into my extensions and turned it back on

 

I'll switch browsers when they make it stop working

It's just so superior LOL. Especially on smartphones since you can install Adblockers on it.

Yeah, used that before but since it's no longer working I switched to AdBlock. So far I had no issues with it! 

I switched a long time ago when they made it clear this was where it was going. You can transfer all bookmarks and everything very easily so it wasn't even a big deal, have been using Firefox for years now

I've been using Firefox for 15 years as my main browser, not switching anytime soon.  

I still use Chrome on mobile, does Firefox mobile have adblock?

I haven't used Chrome in 10 years or so. Firefox ftw.

 

I've been using Microsoft Edge for years now

honestly, they are all the same to me. I couldn't care less. 

There's alternative you guys. I use Pie ad blocker and it's working just fine for me.
