i guess unbiased is the wrong word and everyone is entitled to their opinions yes, and i dont need the mods to agree with me (many of them have shaded my fave and thats ok but some are just different given their long and "biased" history)

I mean I never even had you in mind when I made that comment nor did I think it would be coming from you, I still have no clue what your actual function here is or whether you have the final say on who gets to be a mod - there was something entirely different in my mind (a conversation that is slightly more relevant, one could say)

For clarity. I am the co-admin with Lee!!. We run the day to day operations here from the technical to staffing. Everyone on the team now (aside from Supa and Ace) were picked by us. So yes, final say. 
 

And I’m not going to engage with the rest because that’s not relevant at the moment.

 

I don’t know what your issue is with me (I mean I do to an extent). I’ve never disliked you until your passive aggressive behavior began. We can always discuss this privately if you want because I really do not want us to have any tension or whatever.

I don't think I'm eating and I wasn't even here to debate that individual, I came to give a specific prediction and then I thanked them for clarifying that the mods were chosen by them (and thus they get to decide who stays and who goes, which I didn't know and now I do), and the reason I said it makes sense is because it does seem like the values and approaches which the majority of the mods uphold are consistent with at least one of the 2 individuals who chose them -Ryan- and I conceded that that makes so much sense in my head now.

 

I don't know your motives behind interfering and trying to drag me, but it's certainly not balanced or in good faith because clearly you don't even know my reasoning behind anything any of the statements I made.

 

This individual could have hypothetically physically harmed me in real life (I'm not saying they did, btw, and they DIDN'T) but you would have been now dragging me without knowing my motives, without knowing what this conversation is about, and potentially defending an aggressor and attacking a victim.

 

Again to clarify: I'm not saying he's an aggressor and I'm a victim, I'm saying it's kinda sad that you chose to take this kind of stance out of nowhere with little to no information about what I'm talking about, and it's a very poor display of character. 

 

But I'm not interested in debating this further with you as I don't know you, and I'm not interested in knowing you.

I’m constantly reevaluating my actions and working to course correct. I will always depend on the team to give me honest feedback and have fostered an environment where they can feel comfortable doing that. 
 

And I think I have a good relationship with other members here who feel comfortable doing the same.

 

All I can do is try to be better. I’m sorry if that’s not enough for people.
