Honestly, I would prefer solo debuts over unit debuts at this point. It feels like now, while the members are at their peak, would be the best time to build their solo careers. That being said, I also like the idea of giving more attention to the three existing sub-units, especially since we don't get as much content from them compared to other groups like SVT. It's still unclear if we're getting just another typical SKZ unit B-side with a music video on the album, or if it's an actual unit debut. Based on Step Out, SKZ is set to release two albums this year, plus at least one Japanese album, all while focusing on touring. So, I wonder if they'll have time to release anything outside of the OT8 content. There have been hints from that account before about their B-side MVs, so it might just be for the regular album B-sides. Then again, a SKZ unit debut would likely generate more profit than any other JYPE act right now, so it wouldn't be surprising if the company wants to maximize SKZ's output through group, unit, and solo releases.
