NJZ got some crappy legal advice and it destroyed their careers. Both parties signed the contract for a reason, and barring some sort of major abuse or breaches, which the court has found to not be the case, it's gotta be seen through to the end.

 

Their best course of action at this point is to come to some sort of mutual agreement with ADOR that will give the girls some of what they want (idk what that is?) while still upholding their end of the contract so they can get back to work.

If their business relationship has been damaged to the point where they are incompatible with completion of the contract then the party that caused the damage will likely be required to make the other party whole. That's why they should come to a settlement ASAP before Hybe ends up saying "yeah this relationship is irreparably harmed, contract is dead" and going after them for the value of their contract and any damages.

 

I know it's not what they any NJZ supporters want to hear, but that's how contracts work, and this is business and big money. It's unfortunate that it seems like they got some bad legal advice and went scorched earth.

BSH made BTS. BTS and BSH basically made HYBE. They take it as a personal attack. Unless HYBE starts mistreating BTS they'll always defend them. I mean just recently TXT admitted they had physical punishment as trainees and it made no noise.
