No one has ever expected twice to do better than BP. The benefit of twice and twice fans is that they're are constantly releasing music and's it's reaching peaks that allows them to continue. meanwhile the BP girls can hardly stand being in the same city with each other for more than an hour.

I am sorry but BP is just a kpop staple, they are not iconic or acclaimed, sure they've reached heights other groups will never reach but they don't have that "Wow" moment that impressed America or Europe, not their fault though, they don't have the talent or the music quality, they got lucky and now they've got connections. Again, just a kpop staple if you measure success and the amount of times you can release the same tired ass beat drop random chanting chorus song but now they are supposed to be grounbreaking because they released a mid song that's different from their past releases. LOL.

 

not every fanbase can be fed with so much good music and chart high/debut with huge streams at the same time
