The song had been online for like 10 years prior to release and no one bothered to promote it so what was it really gonna do 

It's bad, Alright and Sweetener are looking more and more like flukes every passing day.

Funnily it still debuted with a cute 2M on Spotify which is more than other late-00s pop girls' recent SOLO outputs

I swear they payola'ed this onto my Apple Music 2024 Replay Playlist. I only listened to it a couple of times before getting sick of it, but it had a permanent residency on there no matter how many other songs I played. It finally was pushed off of there last week after terrorizing my playlist for MONTHS 

It's literally a bangerz  reject that miley re recorded and put out for fun. What's the big deal here?

Because it's an absolutely abhorrent song. I truly don't understand why they chose to resurrect it from its 2013 death bed. Like why?
