The song is about kinks and embracing your fantasies so the merch matches that theme.

 

In the same way Midnight Cowboy was a very sexual song so selling jockstraps and thongs alongside it fitted the theme.

Does anyone know for sure what song she's covering for Live Lounge on Friday? I've seen Poker Face and The Boy Is Mine but no sources for either so not sure if those are just completely made up rumours

I was already worried going into this single. I genuinely think she should have pushed out the 'IT GIRL' soon as soon as possible. It had a lot of hype when it first teased and I think would've done well if the rest of the song slapped (and I'm sure it does). I heard it's still going to be released a single but the hype is not there anymore.

It's not. It'll just be a promo track like Midnight Cowboy was.

Wonder if it was being thrown around as possible 2nd single (maybe why Jade teased it so early) but after AOMD radio performance label wanted something more digestible?

Ugh the FUFN demo is leaking in bits now… I hope none of this affects the release of this track since it sounds great and its release must be scheduled for January/February only… Or even the album release schedule…
