Shakira is releasing her new solo single "Soltera" (Spanish word for "single woman") on Wednesday, September 25.

She's probably dropping a new record/EP later this year.

Shakira herself confirmed she has just finished the song and is currently shooting the music video in Miami, after she already filmed some scenes at LIV club last week with Latin stars Anitta, Danna, Lele Pons and Winnie Harlow.

The fact that she was mixing the song in a nightclub gives me hope we will have not only a banger but finally decent bass on a song of hers! Can't wait.

Is there another project coming i.e. ep or album? I actually have gotten a lot of mileage out of Las Mujeres Ya No Lloran so far, I think it's quite fun.

Yeah Cuz night clubs especially latin ones don't play reggeaton all night long huh?.... 

It seems more afrobeats/champeta than basic reggaeton imo. 

The timing is weird, but it's common in Shakira world.
