This is a harmless bop, an improvement from her latest releases but still not the Shakira everyone misses... hope she gets a cute hit from this

After many years in the game Shakira still releases fresh and unheard music with hot sound and personal lyrics.

Soltera is a pure jam.
 

Some fans complaining about her doing too much with her vocals are boring since she gives personality to the track

i was ready to hate it but it's not offensive in any way. Hope it smashes just cause it's solo this time around and it will encourage her to release less features

I love it. Is not grounbreakin but is fun and she still a level above all her peers  the ones releasing really generic tracks or the ones wth awful lyricism

Well it's better than majority of all those collabs she has released in the last 2/3 years.  She should have just released "Nassau"

Nah, this ain't it. It will be forgotten in few days max. It sounds pretty much like every other mess she released recently. At least it's better than Flopteria i guess... Or is it?

TQG wig is safe and will probably be for years, by far the best single she released in last few years, thank you Karol G i guess.

I really don't get it...TQG is literally a basic reggaeton. What makes it so special and above this one? lol

As a Reggaeton song TQG is very very catchy and i get the acclaim in a commercial sense i but dont get the hype too lmfao. 

Honestly the coolest single from Las Mujeres Ya No Lloran was Te Felicito. That song has a strange structure-cool vocals effects and is a very original concept.  I dont like rawr voice that much but i edited the song without his vocals lol.
and Copa Vacia was definitely the most predictable release from the album
Havent listened soltera yet. Im waiting for the official video  im just a bit confused why she's releasing this song so late. Summer is over. 
Ok maybe this will work for Xmas parties-Ny ones. 

I remember reading some rumours about a collab with rosalia. Is that true?
What happened to the blackpink one? that was a lie?

Well lyrics does talks about how it still "smells" like summer.

ATY, Loca , Gordita clear easily, all fantastic dance bops.

It just doesn't have replay value for me and it's not that infectious to go back to nor is that danceable either. 

How hilarious it is that after 8 years of anticipation she completely casted aside her newest album and released a random droplet, lol.

I love ATY,Loca but Disagree about Gordita. The production is haunting and great but  the lyrics are so so tacky
Rene is also very whack and a piece ****** i will never forget all his shade toward shakira through the years and even after she invited him to the pop festival

Gordita is one of her best dance songs, period, and part of it is because the lyrics are so crass. It's pure early Calle 13 and I think it's some of Shakira's most creative and versatile lyricism to date. I will never get over it not being a single.

 

I like Soltera. I wish the production was a bit more innovative (more Nassau/Coconut Tree, less Clandestino), but I'm feeling the lyrics. What I still don't understand is why she won't release the video simultaneously, that would give the song more hype. I doubt Jaume has much more to add than his usual filters and transitions.

It was out for only an hour of the tracking period yesterday. Actual debut numbers will be out in the next few hours!
