Tinashe's "2 On" properly going viral this time

Featured Replies

Over the years, "2 On" has gone viral multiple times without a significant increase in streams. However, this time, the song is truly rising in popularity on streaming platforms. With several unofficial audios going viral on TikTok, the song achieved its highest streaming day of the decade yesterday, surpassing 424,000 streams. For comparison, this is double its daily streams from last month.

Amazing song. Let's make pretend - aka her best song ever- a hit to celebrate.

I'll never forget how utterly shook I was when I first heard the song on the radio 10 years ago :jonnycat:

Same! It just took one play to turn me into stan!

2 On is a top tier r&b/hip-hop song, it always deserved to be bigger than it was. RCA was so clueless back then

Best R&B song of the last 25 years.

Low key can it not though? One of her indie songs should go viral so she gets that coin. RCA deserve nothing after they fumbled her.

I recently discovered this song through a random reel and I've been obsessed ever since

i hate it here because there's a HUGE catalog that can go viral and 2 on is the one that is going viral ugh
