I was gonna wait to see if I liked 2nd single (hopefully Nirvana) before pre-ordering it, I don't collect vinyls but I just wanna hang it up somewhere as decoration because the picture is so damn beautiful

I love the visuals. Some of them seem a bit too airbrushed/digitally retouched but it's giving 2000s video game character in a Japanese fighting game. Imagine opening up Tekken 4 and being able to select Katy Perry as a character

Gonna channel 2014 plan the Prism era for a sec but for 143

 

This week: she releases the snippets she's teased (I'm his, he's mine / Gimme Gimme / Nirvana / Gorgeous / Lifetimes) in full quality on Tik Tok, Instagram, Twitter, etc. 

 

July 26th: promotional single released, I'm thinking Nirvana would be best for this. Unless it gets the most attention amongst the snippets 'officially' released, I think it's best suited as a promo single. It sounds great and like a fan favorite already but doesn't sound like something I think should be pushed on radio. 
 

August 9th: Second official single released. Her team should balance using whatever snippet gained the most popularity with what's going to be a good representation of the album to choose. Budget a radio deal for week two with big playlisting week one.
 

Lifetimes and Gimme Gimme seem like the most favored snippets teased so far, but I think Gorgeous or I'm His, He's Mine may be a better pick since neither sound like a formula she's tried before; they hopefully sound refreshing for listeners and like something she hasn't done before. Gimme Gimme is my personal fav of the snippets but I can see it backfiring as an official single with it sounding more trappy and featuring an artist that people don't associate with Katy.

If Gorgeous is the Kim collab I know this will be my fav song off the album tbh

She's better saving the shameless TTH residency for Lifetimes and Gimme Gimme 

Gorgeous is my personal favorite but the beat is too similar like unholy. If she pick that song as the next single it will be overshadowed like black widow to dark horse.
