Next Super Bowl halftime performer?

Featured Replies

With Usher just finishing his halftime performance, who do you think would be the next performer? (WOULD and not SHOULD). A pop artist? Rock band? Rapper? Someone else?

I was going to make this a poll but I think they're too many options

I personally think it would be Pink. I would love Miley to do it but I feel like she'll say it's too early in her career to do so (even though the longer she waits the more hits she'll have to fit in)

Hasn't every headliner (apart from Eminem) been POC since Jay Z took over? If that's the case, unless they're going to ride the country wave or Taylor decides she wants to do it, it's probably not going to be a white person

It has to be Taylor at this point, right? I feel like this build up had to be for something.... :skull:

Miley for sure. Artists need to perform during their prime more often

It should be one of these artists P!nk, Miley Cyrus, Ariana Grande, Taylor Swift (I doubt this one since she has ties with Coke and I think the Superbowl is sponsored by Pepsi), Mariah Carey, Kelly Clarkson, and Ed Sheeran.

Miley would be a good choice. I don't think they're going to go with a rock band because most of them are old acts (since no new rock band has had huge commercial success) and wouldn't be the same pull for the younger crowd.

Could be Taylor as well.

Not anymore, it's been Apple Music since last year so there's a chance.

However I think since she's dating Travis and the Chiefs always have a very high probability of playing the game I don't think she would if they're on track to play.

Ed Sheeran

Ijbol that would be so ****** boring my god

Even though Pinks music can be good her acrobatic performances bore me to death

Also, after seeing Miley at the Grammys I want more

Miley, she should’ve done it this year. I feel like Flowers would’ve returned to #1 on the Hot 100 :rip:

I mean Taylor would make sense, she’s finished the Eras Tour.. followed by super-bowl and then she can take a long deserved break.

she’s at her peak right now so it would easily be the most watched halftime in history, i know that’s right!  :clap3:

Spoiler

The only issue would be if she breaks up with Travis prior

She’s not doing it until she finishes the re-recordings. Do you think ST will be out by EOY?
