I am a Jack hater, but it’s time we admit there are some redeeming qualities we can’t ignore, here I will say one: his inside job on sabotaging Lorde (Lana playing the long game after she insulted her) was kind of genius :clap3:

      One nice thing about Jack Antonoff.   He literally has zero redeemable qualities. The only reason he even has a career still is because of Taylor’s sheep/cult fanbase.

    He does a great job when the artist he's working with has a good vision, e.g. Lana with NFR or Lorde with Melodrama.

    He made great music like Melodrama the album, Cinnamon Girl and Getaway Car.

    Unpopular opinion but the last St. Vincent he produced album is really good and her best.

    Easy, I can say many good things about him. 
     

    the hate train on him in ATRL and among stans is so tired. Even if we disregard his legendary past of producing Melodrama, NFR, some Taylor’s best songs and etc. Didnt he produced A&W, a new fan obsessed and acclaimed song, and some songs on DYKTTATUOB, an album that was AOTY for many in or outside of atrl, this year? 

     

    The narrative of that whenever he produced a bad song, it’s all his fault, and whenever he produced a good song, all the credits suddenly goes to the GENIUS singer songwriter is SO TIRING.
