Taylor getting dragged on Twitter

Do you feel like the criticism about playback/lipping is fair or is this simply a woman near the end of a multi hour long tour exhausted?

Are we really going to have this conversation about THAT night?

This video's audio itself is badly synced making her lipping look even worse but really I cannot fault any performer who lip syncs a couple songs to backing vocals in a 2-3 hour concert. Every performer uses backing tracks.

Please do not use that event as a shield that’s gross.

however, I don’t think these types of threads can be posted unless it’s 100k likes or more.

The same can be said for dummies who are using THAT night as a drag. PLEASE be serious.

Since when can the facts and circumstances of a performance not be discussed?  It was like 120 degrees (F) in that stadium and he is over 2 hours into a concert.

At these massive shows there is often some latency between the singer/musicians and the speakers which can make anyone look like they’re lip syncing

I feel like she's teasing Reputation (TV) with all this and the Brazil mess

Well it was like 140 degrees, wasnt there a video of her struggling to breathe? I dont blame her if she did lip sync

if i’m performing in an unexpected heat wave of 140 degrees and barely able to catch my breath in the middle of a 3 hour set you best believe i will be preserving my lung capacity and taking the L to lip sync idc

it was just a rough show for everyone involved, hopefully the rest of the leg is safe and able to deliver her best

Wasn't she on the verge of having a heat stroke at this particular date because of the temperatures?

But also tbh who cares? lol. This tour looks exhausting as hell from an outsider's perspective, if the girl needs to lip a bit of Blank Space while she sings the rest of her 3.5 hour set, who can blame her?

Congratulations, Brazil. You made sure she'll never come to your country again.
