Lover is the better album. 

Chromatica has better singles and a better cover. 

Lover is better. Both are not that great albums tbh.

For single, it's debatable, but Cruel Summer and Lover (S) give Lover (A) the edge (despite the atrocious other 3 singles)

Cover is Chromatica though. The Lover album cover is ugly as hell.
