DTN had its moment to shine, time to hang it up. It’s always been basic, no need to beat a dead horse  and she better not dare put it on DL3 (special edition), DL3 (complete edition), DL3 (any edition). 

We should have known she's not chart obsessed since the moment she actively REFUSED to promote Levitating when it was about to reach a new peak and just gave it dust in the Brits performance

Huh? She had performed Levitating in a highly prolific Grammy performance just weeks before that

 

I don’t agree, they tried to make Levitating #1 but failed/got played (as we all know). They also actively worked to make DTN #1 in the UK

 

She’s not chart obsessed but she definitely cares about success, as she should. She came into Warner saying she wanted to be the next Madonna, like

I like her & team's ambitions for commercial success without letting it sacrifice much artistic integrity... Short, cohesive, collab-lite albums. She could easily stack her albums to be more like playlists with tons of songs and collabs - like many of her contemporaries - but she has a vision and cares more about the ALBUM itself... then of course releases and expands on the original body of work, but on the side

In an ideal world she will perform Houdini and TS at the Grammys, DTN at the Oscars and then just all of them in a big supermedley at the BRITs

Yeah I'm still not sure about the OG MV being 100% scrapped. The money Porshe throw in the production won't be lost like that. If anything, she can add a message on the MV.
