This is a lead single so automatically Physical did better because it didn't receive the push DSN and Houdini had/have + Physical became a cult classic. Only time will tell if this is remembered or fades within the next months. 

Also not to forget DSN's legacy of having numerous remixes, which definitely helped its chart run... WHERE are the Houdini remixes?

yes but at this point houdini isn't going to be a smash hit like dsn or levitating but at least we need more stability after holidays, new year's eve is a good chance to push the song.
