We're seeing that AI can produce pretty great images now, we've seen earlier this year how good some AI song covers are

 

Flash forward 1-5 years this technology will be so much better

 

AI will be able to generate photoshoots, songs, music videos

 

Artists own creative ideas could never live up to what fans generate of the artist with AI. Fans will be able to make better music videos and songs by Taylor Swift than Taylor Swift herself can. Fans can create R9 with music videos and performances even if Rihanna doesn't want to do it herself.

 

If artists somehow block AI from using their likeness, fans will make their own pop girls and abandon real ones.

 

We often talk about who will be relevant in 10-20 years, but I don't think we are accounting for what a shakeup AI wil be for the music industry

As time goes by, AI is going to get better and better at this.

 

How long until AI can make better songs and music videos than stars themselves ever could? Will this destroy all of our pop girls?

If IA can do better than real artists, I don't mind, quality will prevail at the end

That's why those AI influencers never REALLY took off. 

This is mostly because you can tell an AI influencer apart from a real one. But a day will definitely come when we genuinely don't know if a pop girl is a real person or not

 

Even robots are becoming more advanced, what if they get so advanced nobody call tell its a robot

 

It also begs the question, if we cannot tell if its fake, does it matter? How do even even know we are real?

The whole point of AI is that its eventually going to become better and more intelligent than any human, meaning no matter how talented someone is, AI will be better

Yes, 100%. The AI covers are crazy. So many exciting technologies are coming. AI, Robots, VR/AR. The world will be so different in the 30s, 40s, 50s.

I think we’re going to see movements pushing back against the use of AI for the arts and supporting human creativity. I’ve seen a lot of people express the sentiment that they thought AI was supposed to help with things like medicine and infrastructure and policy, not steal our opportunities for sharing our creative selves. Right now most people don’t care, they’re simply fascinated with the capabilities of their new toy - but that will wear down with time.

Like it can already replicate someone’s voice and enhance it

 

I still think that laws and society will prevent this

 

Like the other member said above AI will probably only be used for infrastructure and medicine were it will be really helpful.
