I’d say it’s on par with being “forced”. Technically it’s not, but let’s be real. Imagine the power dynamic in this situation. This is all passive aggressive abuse imo. Might not be CLEAR to the visible eye, but clearly there are hints of constant micro-aggressions 

On one hand i understand that she's not gonna straight up admit guilt when there's a lawsuit against her but at the same time that statement is TERRIBLE and just further confirmed to me that she did all those things
