I enjoy this album so much more than Anti, even though she didn't write Rated R you can still feel the emotion in her voice in songs like "Stupid in Love" or "Fire Bomb" as if she wrote them herself. Plus you had bops like Rude Boy. The Last Song is Rihanna's best album track.

Facts. Rated R remains her greatest work to date

many songs on Rated R didn't age well for me

 

Anti, Unapologetic & TTT are all superior

Artistically, yes. RR feels more authentically and personally her across the board

 

ANTI is undeniably her classic record though

I agree. 
 

Rated R is her best album in my books.
