 Renaissance  is for the gays and trans surprised y’all are complaining! It’s a really good album and when she performs it live it’s even better. I had the best time on the tour

The only effective promo in 2023 is tiktok and radio and playlisting which her team invested huge amount of money into. Literally every tiktoker was paid to do cuff it and break my soul challenges😂

The way this tea is CLOCKED by the 2 originators of said challenge going on to expose Beyoncé for not even giving them free Ren tickets (which she has no obligation to) 

The Laziness. 

 

No Visuals, No Promo, Nothing 

-There were barely any collabs on the project. She had an opportunity to have '3rd party' streams by collaborating with trendy/big artists. 

-No video promotions. She could've done a making-of documentary like she did for 4 and ST. 

-She made no TikToks 

-Barely any photoshoots

 

The only thing wrong with Renaissance is that the visuals still aren't here yet  

 

It's a smash era regardless

It was a success. It's not her typical R&B sound and we got no videos at all.

No promo and no music videos

Not releasing Heated was a suicide career I fear 

25 years into her career:

 

#1 album and still charting strong with a very likely bounce-back once the tour reaches NA

 

#1 debut single + strong debut in many countries 

Smash hit with Cuff It -> one of her longest lasting songs ever on the charts and a hit in multiple countries 

 

Accompanying tour her biggest tour ever

 

Doesnt seem bad to me.

And still, RENAISSNACE is a #1 album with a #1 hit, a massively steady follow-up hit, major acclaim, over a billion streams and a hit tour.

It's closer to 4M units than 3M. Nothing went wrong other than her lack of music videos and promotions. With videos and a few major performances the era would've been even bigger. It will finish comfortably over 5M units in the long-run. No shame about that result when she's so far into her career.

Technically this was her comeback era since BMS was her first lead single number 1 in years.

 

It just didn’t feel like a “Pop Beyoncé” comeback due to lack of promo 

no feat on cuff it then add kendrick for dud single, no plastered credit on official title 'feat. big freedia' on bms, etc.

Too many samples which means it's inauthentic

The album is trash, just like everything she releases the last 12 years.
