On this day in 2018, Xtina started her comeback after a 6 year hiatus releasing ''Accelerate'' ft. Ty Dolla $ign and 2 Chainz as the lead single off her 8th studio album 'Liberation'

 

 

The song had a dissapointing commercial performance. It didn't really connect with the GP as it only managed to enter the official charts of 2 countries : France (#157) and Scottland (#74).

 

 

Y'all didn't get it like I DID. Been bopping since day 1 :jonny5:

Was it actually released as a single, though? She poured a bit of milk on herself and called it a day, lol. FIL was the official lead single, which is a shame imo as Like I Do was RIGHT THERE.
