I was wondering.   I saw Mariah had one and I know she wasn't gon pay for that.

I saw them talking about this on the news yesterday and they were saying how people were imitating the Los Angeles Sheriff's headquarters and NYC government. What a stupid, moronic and dangerous thing to do in the first place.
