Personally i'd love a back 2 black-esque album, working with the best team of creative and putting yhuge budget into the visuals. A collab MAYBE with mark ronson (it could be better to work w/ new artist) and another male artist - Gaga works way better with men. Obviously very modern jazz-pop not like her tony bennett collaboraitons.

 

Not only would this be a reinvention, it would set up Joker 2 perfectly which is allegedly jazz covers.

She did the same with ASIB using Joanne as a palette cleanser and then MR as like a pre-release single (it sounded close to ASIB sonically) and way before that she did it with the Paparazzi VMAs and single run leading into TFM.

Electronic rock album. Like born this way but more modernized. Gaga replay remix Dorian Electra remix comes to mind on the type of sound. 

The Gaga that used to take risks with her sound is over. She aims to be liked by everyone so she doesn’t shake the table anymore. Especially how close she is to the Biden administration and the Hollywood older elites she’s gonna go the pink/Adele safe sappy ballads or soulless dance music.

 

I would’ve loved a MOTOMAMI type of album/era from her.

i have 3 different concepts

 

first is a double album "LADY" and "GAGA" where Lady is more of ASIB sound, C2C/L4S sound and Gaga is the dance/pop/experimental sound the gays love

 

second is experimental/electronic rock, maybe something along the lines of Miley's River

 

third is a disco/house album, something like her I Want Your Love cover

as a LM i unfortunately fully agree with this.

if she even dares doing something AC-esque again i'll pack my bags and leave the ship for good. we've had a good run together since 2009 but i can't stand artists who can't make their damn mind up. for instance, kylie is the perfect pop artist because she ventured into alternative genres outside of her mainstream sound but then went right back into it, and EVOLVED it beautifully. ms mother monster should take notes

 

if she wants to pull off something mature and more organic sounding i think it still has to have an electronic backbone. tame impala and haim comes to mind. that would slay!

Dark pop with elements of rock. Basically a modern mix of The Fame Monster and Born This Way. 

Can we get a ******* break from jazz? We just got Ads For Sale and JFAD is coming.

anything that isn’t cheap, generic, fan pandering so the opposite of chromatica

 

anything dark and mature, be it electronic, glossy rock, dark pop, disco, something like Masseduction hell she can make a trippy psychedelic, tame impalaesque alt album for all i care just make it GOOD, give it some nice visuals à la CBT interludes and give it some of the old school gaga twist we knew and loved !!

 

But that’ll never happen since she’s focused on being loved by the soccer mom crowd and afraid to take risks now + her team full of yes

men doesn’t help... it’ll probably be another forced sounding country jazz album with that awful tone she picked up god knows where

It should sound good and be well executed. Something she's not been able to do since her 4th album. There's always something in the way, apparently. 

Nothing like Joanne or ASIB that's for sure.

it's the fake Grace Jones alto tone Gaga unsuccessfully tries to imitate since Artpop  with the difference that Grace actually sounds good

 

OP: It should have quality unlike her last 3 studio albums and her 2 easy listening elevator jazz records

i feel like gaga is at a stage in her career where she can do whatever sound she wants, and it wouldn’t matter. she doesn’t have the commercial success anymore and in a way that’s good cause the pressure is off and she can really go wild and experimental with the music without worrying about it having to be successful.

DJ Whiteshadow/bloodpop not involved though cause Joanne was ok but wasn't great.

 

ASIB curated tracks including ITA, MR, and INLA - HMH - all  Contemporary stable solo-pop girlie perfection - so yes this would be fab.

Include some pop punk sounds to it as well so it's accesible to Gen Z following the Maneskin + Olivia Rodrigo hype

 

Pop punk (which has elements of power pop) will allow Gaga's vocal to shine so it appeals to the older generations while the production and lyrics will appeal to Gen Z.
