I mean her main controversy on radio was exposing THE TRUTH about celebs. 

WHen she transitioned to TV she was still messy but a little more political.

 

She still has a lot of enemies which is why her downfall brings emotions out of pop culture stans but celebs have said nothing. I imagine some might be happy and viewing this as karma tbh

Her show was based on the premise of making fun of (not with) celebrities, executives, politicians, etc.  People hate her, and they have reason to because a majority of her show was based on unconfirmed rumors and gossip which she helped sensationalize and spread.  (Still hilarious to watch tho)

 

Also, she had a bad reputation on set.  She was coming to work drunk and high for years and she insisted on working even when it was obvious to everyone else that was wasn’t doing well anymore.

 

I’d love for a redemption arc, but I think she’s over, done, it’s the end.  No one knows what mental illness she is suffering from that’s preventing her from speaking and forming coherent sentences.  She most likely had a bad stroke and doesn’t want to admit it.

All these holier than thou people always hating on Wendy lol. Everybody talks **** behind closed doors, Wendy monetised that and turned it into a career. Yeah she has some (incredibly) tone deaf takes and sometimes says things that are uncalled for but she speaks her mind and just says what people are thinking. Some of you keyboard warriors are even worse lmfao

 

OT: She needs to put anything work related on hold and just focus on her health for a good year or two. Wendy's a legend and has been in the game for decades, she has a loyal fanbase that will wait for her. Unfortunately the reality is that she's probably retired for good.

She must really have dementia that is so sad. That means she will never come back just slowly deteriorate.

I said this when it was first announced last year that it wasn't going to happen. Any fool can look at that TMZ interview she gave and see she's in no state to host anything. She could barely speak in complete sentences.

There's something poetic about everything that has happened to her recently. An entire career of demoralizing and destroying other celebs just to have it happen right back to her tenfold. Karma is ruthless. Like, her entire legacy has been essentially erased outside of pop stans and it's honestly surprising something like this can happen in the digital age.

She should just go off and enjoy her days living a good life with all the money she's made. She's nearly 60 and has many health issues, she doesn't need to be trying to make podcasts gossiping about celebrities. Her presentation and sharpness had left her so whatever she does will just be a mess.
