I'm gonna say yes. I don't see her becoming a MPG again (unless she changes her image), but I can see her having a On the Floor moment and getting a smash hit.

If TikTok does get banned then definitely no

 

In the current age, artists past their peak can only get a #1 through TikTok

Maybe with a high profile feature like Gaga. 

It could happen if:

 

- TikTok doesn't get banned and one of her songs goes mega viral.

- She collabs with an artist that always debuts at #1.

- One of her songs gets featured on a popular TV show, ala RUTH.

- She changes her sound and image and she manages to connect with the GP.

 

As y'all can see she has many options, but that doesn't mean any of them will happen, it will all depend on Katy and her team, or a miracle.

Usually I'm a firm believer in "once an artist releases truly good quality music, it will find success no matter what". But since both NRO and HIH sadly underperformed, I'm afraid it seems unlikely, despite being unfair.
